Why robinhood is bad

Robinhood, in my opinion, is trying to hide a severe financial problems while still trying to sell their products. I still have not heard from them. I can get as far trying to open my account as they send out the little box that asks for the 6 digit code. The code is never there. Anywhere that I can find.
