This is a terrible pre-wipe event. And that’s coming from a legit fuxking hoarder. Very different then having a single mid wipe event. Farm hideout items for a week and you'll be set for the rest of the wipe. You don't know that it is literally right around the corner. Farming hidden caches on Customs and Shoreline for EZ ammo, armor, barter items, guns and basically everything that is valuable.
Possibly, events messing with the economy usually lead to a wipe. But just like last wipe, noone knows when. There might be a huge delay again, who knows?
