In my personal opinion, Madden is still miles away from even touching NBA 2k myplayer gameplay and experience. If you ever thought 2k myplayer's storyline was corny.. this madden game will take the prize against any of the former story modes of any sports game. It is THE MOST CORNY storyline ever placed in a video game.

The interview sounds more like a barebones experience -- like playing Franchise mode with a player lock rather than an actual story mode. That's what's called addition by subtraction.
